How Does It Work?

  1. Upload Your PDFs
    Select one or more colonoscopy report PDFs—ideally the originals exported by your endoscopy software (e.g. Olympus).
  2. Automatic AI Extraction
    On our secure private server, our AI reads each PDF and pulls out all the required patient and procedure details.
  3. CSV Generation
    The extracted data is placed into a Conjoint-compatible CSV file, with every column already filled in correctly.
  4. Bulk Upload
    Download the completed CSV and upload it to the Conjoint Colonoscopy website in a single step—no more manual data entry.

Tip: Scanned reports can also be processed, but accuracy depends on scan quality. Clear, high-resolution scans will give you the best results.

Are My Reports Secure?

Absolutely. All PDF uploads and extracted data are processed on our private, encrypted servers—no patient information is ever shared with third-party services. When you receive an email copy of your completed CSV, it is sent directly to your account; neither your raw reports nor your results are stored or accessible by anyone else.

How Accurate Is This Tool?

Our AI routinely achieves over 99% accuracy when pulling data from colonoscopy reports.

  • Gender Guessing: Since most reports omit explicit gender, our system makes an educated inference. Uncommon or unisex names can occasionally be misclassified.
  • Polyp Counts: Very ambiguous wording in a report may lead to rare counting errors. In those cases, you can review and edit the CSV before upload.

What If I Get Audited?

You’ll have a complete archive of every processed report as plain-text files—ready for any audit at a moment’s notice.

To further reduce audit risks, we automatically populate the “Other Comments” field with the final 300 characters of each report’s narrative (usually the conclusion) .

How Long Do Credits Last?
